mucap detector plans

Dear Peter,
Peter and I have met with the hallendienst and survey group and
discussed the timeline for this week, and have determined a few issues
that need some further consideration.

The survey group needs to perform their work on thursday such that
calculations can be done on friday in preparation for the move monday.
They also need to be able to view the detector from both sides to
perform the measurements accurately. This means that early Thursday,
the plan is to move the detector away from the barrack and towards the
center of the hall.

As I see it, the main issue is as follows:
1) The detector needs to be decoupled from the barrack on Wednesday
(evening) to accomodate this move. This means that we will lose
Thursday--Monday inclusive for detector monitoring and Genna's noise tests.

side issues are as follows:

1) We will also lose the climate controlled area for about 4-5 days. Do
we expect the well conditioned chambers to respond poorly to this type
of treatment? Should we push for a sort of makeshift tent for the
weekend after the survey group has completed their measurements?
2) Not much that can be done in the way of DAQ/detector integration.
3) The dismantling of the cabling to the barrack needs to be
accomplished by late wednesday night, so we would need to begin quite
soon, rather than setting anything else up.

Please let me know your thoughts on these issues...
Brendan
