This model with the constant outgasing (constant mass outgasing) is
similar. But in this case in closed volume (no flux) you will get the
infinite pressure with the linear increasing of the partial pressure.
We have EXPONENTIAL increasing with some saturation. This is the reason
why we need some difference (Pe-P). But I can not explain why the
top of exponent in real life 3 times slower then in the model.
Explanation that this is connected with humidity sensor itself is
little bit artificial. We are working ...
