  I have double checked and found that we have :

  45 HP tapes for run 8

  11 Maxell for run 7
    2 Maxell for run 5&6
    3 Maxell unlabeled   ----> 16 Maxell total

   5 Sony with the missing data
   5 Sony (at PSI)

So I count 71 tapes total, with the discrepancy coming in the Maxell 
category where we are 4 short.

An order of 20 tapes sounds great, and I'll let you know if any loose 
tapes pop up.
