superskimmer and sparks

Hi, Peter,

For the E_VH superskim data -- how would you like to deal with spark cuts?
I can (a) apply some kind of spark cut, (b) not look for sparks at all, or 
(c) apply a spark anti-cut as in the normal skimming (i.e. keep data near 
sparks whether or not it's otherwise interesting, to facilitate making 
cuts later).
