Please, sir, may I have some more (MuCap Notes)?

Dear Peter,

I've been working on my dissertation a good deal recently, and I came to
realize the following: we should probably be doing a more vigorous job of
archiving our specialized reports as official MuCap Notes.  I think this
will prove to be extremely useful for both Steve and myself when we write
our theses, but it will also be eminently useful for the collaboration in
general--it will collect our reports in one place, and give them labels
for easy and unambiguous reference.

Do you agree?  Should we here in Berkeley compile a list of our reports
and submit them to you for an official MuCap Note designation?  The only
potential source of confusion is that, since we haven't been doing this
with everything, the MuCap Note sequence will not be perfectly
chronological.  But I think the benefits overwhelm that quibble.
