Dear Brendan,

For the last days, let us review our task/priority list:

Brendan: Turn on all eSC and check each tube on the scope.
&Julia   Finish source mounting when Peter is back.
         Scope and ADC adjustment of scintillators with
         source (at least inner inner detectors, outer
         will be difficult.
	 Start developing calibration scripts.

Peter:   Try to get ePC2 towards 2800 and burn hot spots.
         Francoise will continue next week.
	 Some source tests.
         Test whether Demons are functional.

5PM Friday, planning meeting at blue room.

All:     clean work space

Next week:
F&J:     Build last gondola pair and test it.
P&F:     Prepare mountings for PSI neutron detectors
F&P:     Routine checks of ePCs, gas, HV, current.
J:       Instruct MuLan on ePC gas alarm (Sunday).
P:       Learn DAQ basic software, so that he can work
         with Genna.
P&F:     source transfer
