Hi, Bernhard,

Greetings from PSI...bears is (and has been) connected to the mucap internal 
network.  You will need to go through dolphin and connect to "bears" or 
"bears.mucap-daq.psi.ch", and _NOT_ "bears.psi.ch" (which is an address on the
main PSI network).   We upgraded the VNC server yesterday to RealVNC Free 
Edition 4.1.1, which seems to refresh the slow control window properly.
The new VNC server is running as display :1 (port 5901).
