No, not at the scale of New Orleans or even Bern...but I just mopped up a few 
liters of water from inside the muCap tent.  I don't fully understand
the origin: the watermarks seemed to lead under the barrack to the A/C
unit on the side that faces the Hallendienst shop, but the bucket there was
only about 70% full.  I will continue to keep an eye on the situation.

So, it looks like your luck will dictate a spike in the humidity just
before you come over to try to turn on the ePCs...
