Hi, Rene,

I agree with the plan that you outlined to build one 8-channel board by
late October.  We could then have a mass production ready for the
continuation of the run next year (which might start as early as January!).
However, let me present this plan at our teleconference this evening,
and I will echo any comments to you.  Of course, you are welcome to
call in yourself if you have the time!  18:30 today, +1 217-265-9888.

I will reply later to the detailed items concerning connectors and LEDs.

One note: I brought the large shipment of 220 Xilinx FPGAs with me to PSI,
so they are at least on the correct continent for you.  I will leave them 
with Claude.

Finally, a couple of questions about the DEMON neutron detector PMTs:
 - what are the nominal and maximum high voltage settings for the DEMON 
   neutron detector PMTs?
 - is it necessary to terminate the dynode output if it is not used?
