mup diffusion speed

Just to check with you,
Tom did a nice calculation and for
the mu p diffusion speed I put now
the mean velocity = 0.06 / sqrt(time)  cm /us
(actually the distribution of r sigma dependence on time,
which I take as mean velocity)

This agrees in functional form with your mathematica notebook
I cannot find a coefficient there,
so please check if you can agree
to the 0.06 cm per micro second.

Any other suggestion is welcome, of course.
