Julia's email and work

Hi Guy,

This email is to inform you that Julia has a psi email
address which should be use (see list of author). 

She is now working on a machine named snake (previous
pc3608), to set up the HV system for the mucap ePC
chambers. Fred has installed many things on it this morning,
and I believe that Steven should do the same.

I have brought all material in Genna's office, such as the
keithley (from Kottmann) and the MSCB. We need advice soon.

We have visited Malte this morning and will use his help
next week. however, computer wise, we need help from UIUC
and Berkeley.

We will together tonight at the teleconference for MuLan.
