Subject: skimmed data
Hi, Peter,
Except for the 25 failed runs, the first pass through the skimming is now
finished. The files are on the PSI archive in the directory
/archiv/project/mucap/run8_skim0 . Here is the list of failed runs,
which may or may not be updated later:

To connect an external SATA enclosure to an internal port, you may want
something like this ($6) to prettify the cabling:
http://www.cooldrives.com/insaexsa1ppc.html
But internal and external devices are 100% electrically compatible.
It does look like you have to watch out for the SATA Type A vs. eSATA
connectors; some enclosures have one, some have the other.
Thanks,
