NIM crate overtemp

Hi Fred,

FYI:  I noticed the lower-left NIM crate in the mucap barrack just above 
the power distributor has an overtemp.  I turned on the second air 
conditioner and one of the two exhaust fans (something's not right about 
the lower exhaust fan, something's rattling).  Hopefully the overtemp 
will go away, but if not, I will shut the crate off.  Let me know if I 
or Kevin should take further action.
