Hi, Francoise,

I have made progress with the DAQ upgrade to MIDAS 1.9.5, having 
carefully merged all of our local fixes/customizations into it. 
The Web interface (mhttpd), event builder, and logger are all now running on
cheetah.  Our frontend code at least compiles with the new version, and
the next step is to try to make the whole thing run again.  To that end, may I
ask you to turn on the VME and NIM crates when you have a chance?
