Hi,

Unfortunately, I will not be able to join today's call; we're having a 
KamLAND 4pi workshop here in Berkeley that is intended as a final review of
the system, and there are some critical discussions scheduled during that time.
(It is not impossible that I may be able to sneak away and call in for a few 
minutes at some point.)

I have been working on the data skimmer, and it is almost ready.  The first
stages seem to work; I'm still chasing a bug in the code that re-compresses 
the reduced data set.

Tom will probably report on a bug in our clustering algorithm that he 
identified and I fixed yesterday.

Also, Bernhard is at Los Alamos today.  I don't know whether or not he
plans to attend.
