I just went back and read this message, and I realized that it doesn't
make sense as written. I'm assuming that you meant "June" here.
Is that right?
Tom, Bernhard, and I had a long discussion this afternoon about the development
strategy for online and semi-offline analysis. There's a lot of cleanup to
be done on the "mu" analysis program, and a number of new developments will
also be required (getting the TPC tracking going again, WFD analysis, etc.).
Tom is taking charge of this piece of software, and he has questions about
whether it's reasonable to start a major restructuring now or whether it has
to wait until after the run. He proposes having a short mini-teleconference
with you and Steve tomorrow to discuss it. Would 11:00 a.m. California =
8:00 p.m. Switzerland be OK?
We can also finalize travel plans then.
Thanks,
