Dear Alexei,

after conferring with Johny Eggers group, Volodja and Andrej, the 
situation conc. SINDRUM chamber construction is like this:

- nearly 500 wires are now soldered on to the frame
- the next 400 wires are at hand, it will take about 6 days starting
   from today to solder them on.
- on Friday, 27 June, Ludwig could prepare the last slot of wires
   which could then be soldered up to the end of June
- then comes one week of testing the mechanical strength, etc with
   possible repairs (e.g. wire replacements)

If we give one additional week of contingency for unforeseen
difficulties or delays, the stay of Volodja and Andrej should be
prolonged by 2 weeks.

That's my conclusion of this morning. A more detailed assessment
can only be made next Monday when Andi is back and can oversee
the work.

A remark to your travel plans: August 1 is too early to consider
starting the measurment activities in area muE4, because the first
half of August is foreseen to install the new SINDRUM chamber
(that is the earliest conceivable possibility after the delay in
wire soldering!)
