MuCap update and plans

Dear colleagues,

I have updated our webpage http://www.npl.uiuc.edu/exp/mucapture/, 
in particular I added a link "plans and schedules", which includes
planning information for this year. There you will find 

i) A schedule of our activities on a spreadsheet. I will periodically 
update this schedule, once I receive information from you. Please 
have a close look and send me corrections and comments. (At the moment the 
spreadsheet is an xls file, if you cannot read that, I will provide 
a pdf version).

ii) A maillist (also as thread, i.e. cross referenced) of important
e-mails pertaining to our planned activities. The new mails include

- Alexei's mail about the PNPI construction of a second TPC system
  and related issues. 

- Claude's mail about beam schedule and PSI progress on the TPC.

- Alexei's mail on the gas circulation and isotope separation
  system.

We congratulate the PSI team to the important TPC progress and are 
very impressed and pleased by the committment of our Russian friends, 
both for the critical second hydrogen detector system and their 
efforts in gas purification and hydrogen separation. The mailling
list should help to keep the collaboration informed about progress
and open issues in these and other activities.

I have indicated our tentative plan for this year in the spreadsheet.
Key run dates are
- first half of May TPC beam test
- second half of May complete detector integration
- first half of June test data taking.
- physics data taking starts mid Aug

The idea is that by beginning of June *all* basic components are
installed and operational, with the exception of the ePC2 (ready
in July?). Apart from ePC2 only minor changes should be performed
before start of physics running in August.
